The GLP-1 Table

About The GLP-1 Table

The GLP-1 Table is a free weekly newsletter for people taking a GLP-1 medication such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound or one of the new pills. Every Tuesday you get a short, practical issue: what changed in prices, coverage and approvals, the best protein-first orders at one restaurant chain, a simple recipe, and one habit that helps you keep your muscle.

Not medical advice

Everything here is educational. We don't recommend doses, tell anyone to start, stop or switch a medication, or point you to compounded or unapproved products. Your prescriber and, ideally, a registered dietitian know your situation; we try to help you show up to those conversations better informed.

How it's made

Honestly: it's partly automated. Software gathers news from sources like the FDA, HHS, KFF and published research, and AI helps draft each issue and guide. Then a human (me, Paul) reads every issue before it goes out, checks the claims against the linked sources, and cuts anything that isn't solid. Every factual claim links to where it came from. Restaurant numbers come from the chains' own published nutrition information, are approximate, and can change when menus do.

If you spot a mistake, reply and tell me. Corrections get fixed on the site and noted in the next issue.

No judgment

Bodies, weight and food choices aren't moral questions. You won't find "cheat days" or guilt here, just useful information.

Tools we make

We also build MenuWhisper, which scans any restaurant menu for good picks, and CutMode, a protein and strength tracker that's coming soon. When we mention them, we'll say they're ours. See all tools.

Reply to any issue. It comes straight to me, and I read everything. Your favorite orders, questions and "this didn't work for me" stories are the most useful things you can send.

The GLP-1 Table is independent. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly or any restaurant it covers.
